NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTEENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE GORDON DISTRICT CRICKET CLUB INC WILL BE HELD
at the Killara Golf Club, 556 Pacific Hwy, Killara, 2071
ON MONDAY, 24th JULY 2023, commencing at 6.45PM

You are cordially invited to be present.

Nominations are called for the following Club positions:
- PRESIDENT
- HONORARY SECRETARY
- HONORARY TREASURER
- ASST. HON. SECRETARY
- DELEGATES TO S.C.A. and NSWCA
- EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Written nominations must be received by the Honorary Secretary on or before 10th July 2023. Nominations should be proposed and seconded by current members and consent should be obtained from the nominee.

Agenda items for the meeting will include:
• Approval of the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
• Approval of the Report of the General Committee and the Financial Statement
• Election of Office Bearers for 2023-24
• Election of the Club’s Auditor for 2023-24
• Other Business
o Report from the Sydney Cricket Association (including season program)
o Report from Cricket NSW
o Update re Club Coaching Structure and Pre-Season Training Details

After the date of the AGM, hard copies of the Annual Report may be mailed on email request and after receipt of $20 per copy requested.
